- Age of students — from 12 to 18 years old,
- Language level — from A2 to C2,
- Duration of study — from one to five weeks.
This program was created with the support of professional coaches and staff from Tottenham Hotspur, offering students a balanced schedule with 30 hours of training per week. The course is designed for students who already have basic football training and are ready to develop their technical, strategic and general physical skills.
Under the guidance of qualified UEFA PRO certified coaches, students attend seminars on anatomy, nutrition and recovery, participate in strength and cardio training, and pay great attention to technical preparation. The latter aspect is the foundation of the course — 25 academic hours are allocated to it, during which students actively interact with each other as a team, studying game tactics. The program includes a visit to the stadium and the Tottenham Hotspur training base.
Students interested in the goalkeeper position have been training separately for a while to improve their specific technique. In team games and drills, they participate together with all pupils, developing their ability to work as a team.
Girls are accepted into the program in the first and third week.
