Summer English language course on the Gems Wellington Academy campus is a great opportunity to spend your holidays fun and with benefit. It provides almost daily language classes with the development of writing, reading, listening and speaking skills, various campus and off-campus activities.
The academic load is 20 lessons per week, each lasting 45 minutes. Qualified native speaker teachers conduct lessons in small educational groups (up to 17 people), paying individual attention to each student, helping to overcome any difficulties. Regular conversational practice — both in the classroom and outside it — helps students learn vocabulary and replenish their vocabulary, contributing to effective improvement of the overall English level.
After classes, students are expected active sports, creative and entertainment activities, half-day and full-day excursions with sightseeing, visiting cultural and entertainment places in the region.

Gems Wellington Academy Summer School is a summer program for students aged 12-18 who want to improve their English language skills and at the same time visit one of the most technologically advanced cities on the planet.
The educational course is conducted on the educational grounds of one of Dubai's leading schools — Gems Wellington Academy, known for its outstanding facilities and excellent academic results. Students are waited for spacious classrooms, numerous sports facilities, and comfortable living conditions. The focus of the summer program is on learning English: highly qualified native teachers will work with students for several weeks, paying individual attention to each student and accompanying them both in class and outside of school hours. A rich academic program is added with diverse leisure activities, ensuring that students have a truly unforgettable summer adventure: from sports training, creative competitions and discos on campus to excursions around Dubai and beyond.
Accommodation, meals, prices
The Myriad Residence, located on the educational campus, accommodates students in fully furnished double rooms with private bathrooms. The residential building features a laundry room, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dining hall, a swimming pool and many other common areas.
Each student is provided with a balanced three meals a day: breakfast and lunch are served in the large dining hall, and dinner can be arranged either at the residence or at a restaurant outside the campus. Dishes are prepared according to a varied menu including seasonal vegetables and fruits, vegetarian recipes.
Activities Gems Wellington Academy Summer School
In addition to effective language classes held in the morning and afternoon, students participate in a variety of extracurricular activities — both on and off campus. Every week they are waited for football, volleyball and basketball training sessions, quizzes and interactive games, parties and talent shows, and on weekends pupils go to explore sights and natural beauty, such as:

Facilities and equipment at Gems Wellington Academy Summer School
Gems Wellington Academy boasts excellent facilities for learning, sports, creativity and recreation: the academy is within walking distance of many city attractions, cafes and shops, near public transport stops, approximately half an hour's drive from the coast.
English lessons are conducted in spacious, bright classrooms with interactive equipment, and students can spend their free time in the library, computer room, science and technology laboratories. Sports training and many extracurricular activities take place outdoors: on a football field, tennis courts or open areas. The campus has a swimming pool, dance studios, an indoor gym and cozy relaxation areas.
Admission dates and extra charges
The summer program is usually organized in July-August, and the duration of study is adjusted to the wishes of each student. The students' schedule stipulates morning or daytime English classes followed by various campus and off-site activities.
The course price already covers accommodation and three meals a day, necessary educational materials, and most extracurricular activities. Some excursions, medical insurance, and assistance if needed, as well as pocket money, are paid additionally to tuition fee.
Enrolment process
To enroll in the summer course, applicants need to fill out a registration form and wait for an official invitation to study; admission is only possible if there are available places.
Upon arrival on campus, students will take a language test, based on the results of which they will be assigned to groups and begin classes.
Perspectives
Upon completing the educational course, graduates receive a certificate confirming their language preparation and progress in their English proficiency level. Thanks to immersion in an English-speaking environment and regular conversational practice, students effectively improve their skills and confidently use them in everyday academic life.
