English Courses

The Standard General English Course is an English language learning curriculum designed for students of all levels of language proficiency, from beginner to advanced. The program is aimed at teaching general communication in English in a variety of everyday, academic situations.

The main aspects are the following:

  • Students learn to speak English by discussing current events, interesting topics, and personal experiences.,
  • The program helps students deepen their understanding of English grammar and expand their vocabulary.,
  • Students learn to read texts of varying complexity, from news articles to fiction.

The course offers flexibility in choosing the start date, duration and time of class attendance. Students can  tailor the curriculum to themselves by choosing one of the following formats:

  • General English Classic Morning — 20 lessons per week from 9:00 to 12:15,
  • General English Classic Afternoon — 20 weekly classes from 13:45 to 17:00,
  • Classic Afternoon 4 Day (Monday-Thursday) — 20 classes from Monday to Thursday from 12:30 to 16:45.

Regardless of the chosen form of education, all students will receive the support of teachers, opportunities to develop reading, speaking, writing and listening skills of the English language. Through regular communication in the classroom, at campus and field events, students develop their communication skills, replenish their vocabulary and gain confidence in using English in everyday life.

The Super-Intensive English program is an advanced English language course designed for students who want to improve their language skills as quickly and effectively as possible. The program is recommended for students who would like to quickly achieve a certain level of language proficiency, for example, to enter a university or advance their career. The main characteristics of the course:

  • The program assumes a high academic load — 40 classes per week from 9:15 to 17:00,
  • The curriculum includes both an in-depth study of grammar and vocabulary expansion, as well as an emphasis on the practice of conversational communication.,
  • Students will have a lot of practice in listening and understanding English by ear, in reading texts of varying complexity.,
  • The program includes assignments for writing essays, essays, and other types of texts.

The Super-Intensive English program is offered in different levels of difficulty to meet the needs of students of different levels of English proficiency.

Individual English

Individual English language teaching is a personalized approach to learning in which a student works one-on-one with a teacher. This approach makes it possible to adapt the learning process as much as possible to the needs, level of language proficiency and goals of each individual student.

One lesson lasts for 60 minutes, it is aimed at difficult topics for the student, the development of basic language skills.

Semi-Intensive English Courses

  • The duration of studying is from one to 24 weeks.

Semi-intensive courses offer students an accelerated format of learning English. The curriculum will include consideration of important language aspects such as reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. In small groups of up to 15 students and under the guidance of a qualified native teacher, students achieve their goals in a shorter time than with a standard course.

The weekly academic load consists of 25 lessons at different times of the student's choice: from 9:00 to 13:30 or from 12:30 to 17:00.

Work and Study Program

  • Age – from 18 years old,
  • Language levels – from A1 to C2,
  • The duration of studying is 25 weeks.

The Work and Study program is the best choice for non-EEA students wishing to study English and work in Ireland. 

Students attend a 15-hour General English course, which can take place either in the morning or in the afternoon depending on booking, and are also entitled to 10 weeks of holidays. Exam preparation is included as a component of the course, as students from non-EEA countries are required to pass one of the recognised English language exams when enrolling in long-term courses in Ireland.

  • Students who choose IELTS as their final exam will take General English for the first 13 weeks and IELTS preparation for the last 12 weeks.
  • For those who choose to take the TIE exam, English classes are organised for 25 weeks and free workshops are offered to prepare for them.

Completing the course gives students the opportunity to obtain a Stamp 2 student visa for 8 months: this visa allows them to work part-time (20 hours per week) during their studies and full-time (40 hours per week) at any time during the 10-week holidays, in June-August and during the Christmas holidays.

Students are accommodated in a single bedroom, have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining and living areas for family members; in rare cases, when students travel together, they can stay in a double bedroom under the same conditions.

During the week, from Monday to Sunday, students receive meals according to one of two options:

  • Three meals a day: breakfasts, packed lunches for lunch at school, dinners,
  • Two meals a day: breakfast and dinner.

If there are special needs for food, the student can request an individual menu for himself.

Students over the age of 18 are accommodated in one of two comfortable residences:
