General English Plus Explore London

This course is aimed at learning English in everyday life in various situations. In addition to standard classroom lessons, children and teenagers will enjoy an interactive cultural and entertainment program, which includes 5 guided tours per week to famous London attractions and evening events.

During the course, the duration of which is adjusted to each pupil, students will improve their English language proficiency to the level necessary to successfully pass the selected exam.

The flagship, basic English language course is designed for students with any level of knowledge. A balanced schedule ensures efficient and comfortable learning: classes are attended by up to 14 students with a similar level of available preparation, which is determined by the entrance test.

The General English program allows you to develop all the main language skills and sections:

  • Reading,
  • Listening comprehension,
  • Grammar,
  • Vocabulary (including idioms and common expressions),
  • Oral speech (fluency, literacy),
  • Phonetics: accent correction, fluency, correct pronunciation.

The lesson materials were specially developed by National Geographic Learning for the language school, with an emphasis on grammar and vocabulary. Classes are designed in a communicative manner, with a focus on spoken language, so that you can overcome the language barrier as soon as possible and speak English fluently in any company and situation.  The intensity of lessons can be selected independently — 20, 25 or 30 lessons per week.

If desired, students can attend daytime or evening classes, add to them preparation for language exams in specialized subjects as an optional course. Additional studies are available:

  • Right.

Teachers will provide students with basic knowledge in their chosen field, allowing them to replenish their specialized vocabulary for further study in their specialty.

Young Learners: Winter by the Thames

The winter course provides international students with the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of London, its Christmas decorations during the New Year holidays. Living in the central part of the city, children will participate in walking and bus tours of sights every day, spend time with classmates at campus events, communicate in English, and develop conversational skills.

Students can expect 15 hours of language lessons in an interactive format, where they will focus on improving their reading and writing skills, speaking and listening, grammar and vocabulary skills. The classes consist of no more than 15 students with the same initial level of language, thanks to which each student receives individual attention from the teacher and effectively develops his abilities. Speaking is an important part of learning, because thanks to constant practice, students do not lose interest in further learning English, they gain confidence in using it.

During their studies, students live in a comfortable residence and are provided with everything they need: from transfers, three meals a day to round-the-clock support, a rich leisure program.

International Foundation Year: Business and Social Sciences

This program is aimed at international students wishing to enter an English-speaking college/university. It offers two formats of the intensity of training, which will consist of subject and language classes:

The teaching load will be 20 academic hours per week + additional seminars and practical classes. About 20 hours will need to be devoted to self-study,
  • Intensive: 26 weeks of studying, of which 24 are classes and exams, and the rest are vacations. Every week, students will have 28 academic hours in the classroom, seminars and practice, in addition - about 20 hours of independent work.

The program has a balanced schedule that includes English lessons and subject classes to help students learn the basics of entrepreneurship and social sciences. In language classes, they will focus on the development of writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills, and specialized disciplines will cover areas such as finance, accounting, global management, digital marketing, and others.
