The English Abbotsholme School has presented updated versions of programs for studying students in the fields of veterinary medicine and animal sciences. Updated courses are designed for students who dream of connecting their future and career with veterinary medicine, animal science, ecology and related areas. The main goal is to provide students with practical knowledge and experience of working with animals, with which future specialists will be able to come into contact on a daily basis on the farm and in the equestrian center, which has accreditation from the British Horse Association.
Particular attention will be paid to prepare for entering universities: teenagers will engage in mini-research and scientific projects, receive advice on choosing a university, writing motivation letters and passing entrance interviews.
In addition, Abbotsholme School organizes summer intensive two-week courses: during this period, students live on campus, get acquainted with the work of veterinarians and zoo staff, take part in excursions and seminars, conduct clinical simulations, and train in real veterinary clinics.
The programs are available to both local and international teenagers. A nice bonus: for Abbotsholme students, there are special discounts on the payment of summer courses for further study at the school.
